My research examines how AI, digital transformation and leadership reshape organisational life—connecting rigorous scholarship with challenges that matter to leaders and employees.






My teaching philosophy is shaped by conversations with students and colleagues, my work as a researcher, and my earlier career as an industry executive. Across more than a decade, I have taught undergraduate, postgraduate and corporate learners in Australia, the United Kingdom, Thailand, China and Singapore.

Secured three learning and teaching grants and translated the resulting ideas into course redevelopment, peer-reviewed publications and three contemporary course monographs.
Created the Global Industry Mindsets on Contemporary Leadership partnership series, connecting students with senior leaders including CEOs from ANZ, Zip Industries and UK-based companies.
RMIT Leadership enrolments grew from 150 in 2014 to approximately 600 in Melbourne in 2022. Overall Satisfaction remained above 80% from 2018–2023, while Good Teaching reached 91% in 2023.
